Abstrak
guests at the company is very important ethics that must be owned by a secretary or clerk reception, with the aim to advance and get a good image for the company going forward. Of this study was to determine the extent of the role of secretary welcoming a guest, to facilitate the leadership in using time effectively and efficiently, besides secretaries also need to understand how the procedure with good reception so that guests will feel comfortable with the services provided. Data collection techniques using methods Observation (Observation), Method Interview (Interview), Method Library (Library Research) the purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the role of secretary in the vacancy leaders, besides how secretary in the vacancy leaders including the secretary should behave suave, polite, and provide good service to the guest with the result that the guest will feel satisfied with the services provided secretary. In general, guests arriving on PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon new Terrain is a PLN customers, prospective customers PLN, and guests - guest services. Every guest who comes (a general) must be checked in advance with the guard so biased delivered its purpose, be it the destination application for services, interference, or service of a new post.
