Abstrak
The research was conducted with the background of the widespread use of food delivery services through online motorcycle taxis or commonly called Go-Food. The object of this research is consumers who purchase variants of Mochitalk outlets Plaza Medan Fair using gofood application. With qualitative research methods that involve distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers who made purchases through Gofood on the same day and distributing questionnaires for 10 days. This research uses accidental sampling technique in determining samples. This study discusses what factors increase sales at the Mochitalk Plaza Medan Fair Outlet. The independent variable in this study is the use of gofood applications by consumers who buy the mochitalk variant. Then the results of product purchases obtained through the gofood application are positive for increasing sales of Mochitalk outlets.
