ANALISIS SISTEM PENYIMPANAN ARSIP PADA BAGIAN KEPEGAWAIAN DI KANTOR WILAYAH KEMENTERIAN HUKUM DAN HAM SUMATERA UTARA

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the manual filing system used in Section Officer in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights SUMUT. The author examines the way the research literature, research interviews, field research. The author wants to find out the problems or obstacles that exist in the system that uses manual filing system is a matter on which the personnel department at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Sumut. Apparently the problem is the lack of archivists and his lack of knowledge of the employees of the archival system and the unavailability of space to store its records and lack of a closet to store archives, so that the archives are often mixed and in his search takes a long time. The storage system is more appropriate, concerning the management of the agency conducted centralized archives. The subject system has the advantage that the subject documents can be easily expanded by inserting a new subject.
