This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this study was to test the validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, test-f, and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS version 20.
Based on the results of simple regression analysis is Y = 7.069 + 0.282 X1 + 0.338 X2 + e is menjukkan incentives and work environment positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees and partially (t-test) can be seen from the calculation of the t-test for variables incentives (X1) which produces t = 6.348> table = 1.998 at a significance level (α) = 5% (0.05) and from the calculation of the t-test for the working environment variable (X2) which produces t = 4.279> table = 1,998 at a significance level (α) = 5% (0.05). This can be seen from the results of test calculations that produce Fhitung F = 37.566> F table = 3.15. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of regression correlation value of 0.740, meaning that together incentives and working environments on job satisfaction is able to explain the extent that a close and positive. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.533 (53.3%). That is to say 53.3% variation dependent variable that incentives and working environment on the model can explain job satisfaction while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
