PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN (Perseroan) Tbk Medan

Abstrak
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on property performance at PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Perseroan) Tbk Medan. The population in this study suluruh employees of PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Perseroan) Tbk Medan who numbered 40 people. whereas sampling technique using probabiliti sampling method by means of saturated samples. Saturated sample is the entire population of the sample. Thus, the samples in this study is 40 reseponden. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this study was to test the validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, test-f, and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS version 18. Based on the results of simple regression analysis is Y = 4.454 + 0,507X1 0,418X2 + e which menjukkan leadership style and organizational culture positive and significant impact on employee performance and partially (t-test) can be seen from the calculation of the t-test for the leadership style variable (X1) which produces t = 5.328> table = 2.026 at a significance level ( α) = 5% (0.05) and from the calculation of the t-test for the variable of organizational culture (X2) which produces t = 3.957> table = 2.026 at a significance level (α) = 5% (0.05). Taken together (test F) leadership style variable (X1) and organizational culture (X2) a significant positive effect on the purchase keptusan PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Perseroan) Tbk Medan. This can be seen from the results of test calculations that produce Fhitung F = 26.646> F table = 3.25. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,568 (56.8%). That is to say 56.8% variation of the dependent variable yaitugaya leadership and organizational culture on the model can explain the performance of employees while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
