SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN JASA PEMBORONG PROYEK (Studi Kasus Pada DINAS PU Propinsi Sumatera Utara)

Abstrak

The problem that often occurs in the process of determining the assessment of contractor services is   calculating the assessment based on the criteria that are still using manual processes so that the results are less accurate and cause unsatisfied contractor services. The use of decision support systems are expected to resolve an issue that often occurs. Decision support system using Bayes analysis is made by utilizing the weight of each category which is obtained based on the number of indicators used. In this case, these indicators are included in the questions in accordance to the categories in the set. The resulting weights are used to obtain probability values and the threshold value of each category. The result of this process is a rank of the constructor services winner determination. The rank is used by  the decision-maker committee to select the constructor service as the project winner. This software is made by using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 6 as a tool to determine the winner of the constructor service.
