Abstrak
Humans are the most important resource in an organization's business goals and success of a company is not only seen on the efficiency and effectiveness but also the company's ability to adapt and empower human resources well.
The purpose of this study intends to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction PT.RAPP new week kerinci.Metode base analysis data used is Multiple regression (regression), with the results of the research show that R² value = 0.136 shows simultaneously ¬¬ variable work motivation, leadership and organizational culture affects employee satisfaction serampak by 13% and the rest are other factors that are not in meticulous in penelitian.Selanjutnya for partial values ??in the know that the factor of organizational culture is a factor the most dominant in determining employee satisfaction coefficient organizational culture (b3) of 0212 this means that if the cultural aspects of the organization was increased by 100%, the dAPT will improve the quality of services by 21.2%
