Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to determine leaderership in upholding the discipline of employees and to determine the factors that cause the formation of disciplinary attitudes of employees at the Center for Environmental Health Engineering and Disease Control Medan. Techniques conducted by researchers is the method of observation, interview, and literature. The authors conducted interviews with leaders and employees at the Center for Environmental Health Engineering and Disease Control Medan. The results of interviews in this study is the role of leadership is very important to support employee morale in order to achieve success, to support the success work leadership role shows to the employee by giving morale to the employees.
