PRIVATISASI DAN KONTRAK PEMERINTAH DERAH BELANJA PADA (Privatizaion and Contracting Out In Local Government)

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to make a financial contribution to the state and business entities, accelerate the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance, open access to international markets and transfer technology and transfer best practices to business entities. The data collection technique used in this research is qualitative. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study show that privatization is the sale of shares of regionally owned companies that aim to improve performance and added value to the company, increase the benefits that can be provided to the community, and increase community participation in managing the company. It is clear how much the biggest contribution of BUMD actually comes from taxes, then dividends and then followed by privatization. Thus, if we expect a greater contribution from BUMD to the national economy, then the logical step that must be taken is to allow BUMD to be able to pay taxes and dividends in even greater amounts.
