Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Penataaan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (Studi kasus pada Pengelolaan Keuangan Kabupaten BatuBara)

Abstrak
The population in this study were employees in the Financial Management District Batubara samples of 40 people with 40 people. The research to obtain information about a phenomenon at the time of the research. The research instrument was a questionnaire / questionnaire with Likert scale model. Test requirements conducted to test for normality, linearity and independence of the independent variable. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique. The results showed: (1) there is significant influence between the discipline of work to employee performance with thitung = 3,596; (2) there is a significant relationship between work environment to employee performance with thitung = 3,076; and (3) there is a positive and significant influence jointly between labor discipline and work environment to employee performance with Fhitung = 18,425.
