PERANAN MANAJEMEN DAN ADMINISTRASI PADA BAGIAN TATA USAHA SEMK SWASTA DHARMA BHAKTI WALTER MANALU SIBORONGBORONG

Abstrak

The aim of this research was to find out the role of Management and Administration at Administration section of SMK Dharma Bakti Walter Manalu Siborongborong. Thie research used qualitative research method. Interview, questionnaire and documentation were used to collect the data. The data analysis used data reduction, display and conclusion. Based on the result of this research, it was concluded that management and administration at administration section of SMK Dharma Bakti Walter Manalu Siborongborong worked and was coordinated well.
