Abstrak

This research is entitled "Analysis of Service Quality and Location on Decisions to Use JNT Gudangn Intan (Tebung) Delivery Services". The aim of this research is to determine the quality of service regarding the decision to use delivery services felt by consumers after receiving JNT delivery services. The population in this research is all JNT Company consumers. The informants in this research are some customers who represent all JNT Company consumers. This research is a case study with qualitative methods. The data used in this research is primary data collected through questionnaires. The quality of service regarding the decision to use JNT is in the very good category at 18.6 respondents or 74.4%. The location of JNT Tembung is very strategic. It can be seen that the respondents' responses regarding the location are in the very good category, namely 18 respondents or 72%.
