Abstrak

This study aims to determine the extent to which the role of discipline on employee productivity at the Grand Hotel Aston City Hall Medan. Quantitative research using population method in this research there are 30 employees of Hotel Grand Aston City Hall Medan. Data gathered using anget, interview, and library. The results of research on the role of discipline on employee productivity is to have a role, It can be seen from the results of the questionnaire of most employees who say strongly agree, the spirit in work is something that is very supportive for employees. It can be seen that most employees have high work motivation in order to get the results of discipline and productivity both for these employees and for the company.
